Frodo rebuked Sam for yelling at Gollum and told Peter that he (using the word very loosely) was their guide.
Gollum, being very scraggly and hungry looking, politely asked if he could eat the jelly beans that Lucy spilled.

Lucy shrieked, dropping the jelly beans she had picked up and hide behind Peter.
"Is that a yes, precious?" Gollum asked.
Mr. Beaver said to just go ahead.

Gollum attacked the jelly beans like he does raw fish.
Lucy made a face and hid behind Peter.

"That is disgusting," Edmund said, wrinkling his nose.
Gollum licked his lips, and said "Thankses, Nice Lucy, yessss, Nice Lucy."

"Yyyyyoooouuu'rrrreee weeeellllllllcccccooommmme," she stuttered, still a bit frightened by him.
Gollum, however, was glaring and growling at Sam after he yelled at him.

Then all of a sudden, Lucy woke up, sitting up with a start, safe in her bedroom in Cair Paravel. "What a strange dream!" she said
She noticed a funny looking jelly bean jar on her dresser.

She threw it out the window.
Edmund ran in the room in time to see her throwing it away, and screamed. "WHY ON EARTH DID YOU JUST DO THAT????"
