So then the bipolar chicken popped out of nowhere and flew Puddleglum up to the top of Glimfeathers house.

Shasta then ran inside and told Glimfeather about the bipolar chicken.
And Glimfeather found it all very amusing.

He also said the phrase, "Tu whoo" quite a bit, which Shasta didn't know what to make of.
"What a to-do, really a shame you can't fit in my home, Puddleglum."

Glimfeather said, "Flighty is just what you're not! Why, it would be WONDERFUL if you were flighty, considering how we'll have to eat cake without you unless you can get up here..."

Then he proceeded to give Shasta a lesson in writing and remind him of the writers group in the chat
Shasta, then, of course, had to inquire about the definition of "chat."
"Is it like a cat that dances?" asked Shasta.
Glimfeather began explaining but started going hippity hoppity and began flailing after a caterpillar landed on his beak unexpectedly.

Shasta reached over and brushed it off.
And then the caterpillar screamed and darted away under a leaf. Well, would have darted; caterpillars can only move so fast.
