"We'll take care of her while you're gone," Queen Susan promised.
"Let's go," King Peter commanded.
Everyone left, and Lucy carried Berry down a hall to a bedroom close behind, Berry howling "CASPY THE FAKE!!!" the whole time. She suddenly slipped out of Lucy's arms and jumped at Edmund, who was passing by, and started clawing at him, still shouting, "CASPY THE FAKE!!!"
Edmund was in such a shock, he tried to block off the attack with his arms.
Berry promptly bit him over and over and over again until he finally said, "Lucy! Susan! Help me! I'm getting attacked by a rouge dormouse!" The girls, though, were too overcome with laughter to help him.
In a way it was too cute to watch the little dormouse attack Edmund but in short, they did come to help.
Meanwhile, Peter and the others were scouring the forests.
"Maybe Mrs. Beaver knows of some homemade concoction that could help?" Engee suggested.
Peter thought for a while and then said 'I sure hope so.'
So the group turned towards Beaversdam.
They could see the dam just a hundred meters when the beavers came out to greet them.
"Mr. and Mrs. Beaver!" Engee exclaimed. "We need your help!"
"What is it, my dear?" Mrs. Beaver asked.
"Our friend Berry has gone crazy!" King Peter said.
("I thought she already was crazy," Engee whispered with a grin.)
"Oh, dear..." Mrs. Beaver trailed off, glancing at Mr. Beaver with worry in her eyes.
Mr. Beaver said, "There is hope for your friend: a magical flower which grows deep in the woods of Archenland."
(I just realized y'all are going on a quest to save me! *feels very loved* 🙂 )
(Yay! *hopes Berry always feels loved by her TLC friends).
"Archenland it is then!" King Peter declared.
"I bet we can get there faster if Purple Dragon will fly us," said Islie.
(Me does!)
"Well, let's go see!' Jaygee said.
"Hey, Smaug," Ethran said, "how is it that are you and a dormouse are related, anyway?"
