That's exciting Ajnos!!! Good for you! 🙂

My sisters found a puppy! Don't know what's gonna happen, except we are gonna put up some fliers in our area to see if she belongs to anyone. She's so cute!

... So today I dropped a milkshake in somebody's lap. It went ALL OVER. And then lots of stressful things happened before that so I started to cry juust before clocking out. I was trying not to but I couldn't help it! 😛

And so I headed to the back and immediately burst into gales of sobs. And I didn't have any private place to cry. So I ran to get my purse. Fortunately/unfortunately for me, my boss was in the back, and saw me. He came after me to the lockers, and was all "Awww, what's wrong?"
And he put an arm around my shoulders and I kinda sobbed out "a bit of everything!"

And so he took me to the office and let me cry and I told him what'd been happening and he was all encouraging and helpful and patient. One of the things he said was "It's only food," in this really.... Encouragng way that made me feel like he was hurting with me, not like he was laughigg because I was absolutely miserable 😛 and he gave me a pep talk and I started to calm down and I went and got break food and everybody was asking what was wrong and all the supervisors were giving encouraging patpats and "it's ok"s and "I've done it too"s. And now I feel better but I'm tired and I woke up in the middle off the night...

Today was something else

*Hugs* Things like that happen.

When we first got to [insert state here] we went to Denny's because of the free wifi, so my siblings could do their schoolwork. When our drinks came I was turned towards my sister, talking. Then I heard the sound I didn't want to hear. A crash type noise. Apparently while the waitress was about to place my water something happened and it spilled all over me. ICY COLD WATER in an already cold place. It completely covered me from head to toe and seeped all the way through my dress. I couldn't say anything because I was in shock, as the waitress was (whom it never happened to before over the course of ten years). I found it funny at the time and, boy, did Eria and Ethan have a grand time with it. 😛 Eria, at another restaurant, said the waiter would drop ice water on me - so when it actually happened she couldn't hold in her laughter. Anyway, after that, I've been more watchful of my water...

@Tenny: *hugs* I've never had anything like that happen to me, so I don't know the feeling. But there was this one time at McDonald's a customer picked up his tray when a milkshake flipped off of it (I hadn't arranged their order on the tray well). But thankfully, the guy he was with had quick reflexes and caught the milkshake right side up by the bottom of the cup (yeah, talk about skillz!) and nothing spilled. 🙂

@Elanor: haha, that's funny! What did the waitress do once you started laughing?

@Ariel: Well, I didn't laugh but smiled knowingly and to let her know I wasn't mad about it or anything. Eria laughed after the waitress left to get towels (the seat and table were dripping), so she wouldn't think she was the object of the laughter, you know?

*edit*

So, I completed my first job! Annnnd, my work was liked so much they plan to use me for future projects! How cool is that?!

Congratulations for the job going so well, Norelle!!! 😀 *hugs you with many more congratulations!!!*

They might not need me but; they might.
I'll let my Head be just in sight;
A smile as small as mine might be
Precisely their necessity.

Thanks!! 😀
On Thursday, I believe, I was offered work with a company: I was asked to do some image manipulation (or photoshopping) for a project going on that would make it easier for the workers to visualize what they would be doing. The owner was very pleased with what I did and said he would offer me the work as it came in. It's only a small job, but it's a start!
