Mr Tumnus can have fire powers so that in the wintertime, he can light his fireplace with ease. Then there's more time to focus on making tea and talking with Queen Lucy.
Reepicheep can have the same as Daisy - manipulation of air particles (aka "quaking") - because, just imagine a flying mouse. It'd give him an extra element of surprise on his foes; no one expects to be attacked by a mouse, much less one that can propel himself upwards and make himself appear as if he's flying!
Cor and Corin can have the power of cloning because there are already two of them; why not have more, just to have fun tricking people? Plus, when they both become mighty kings, they can use their power to make the enemy think that they're outnumbered.

Okay, Dilly, that is just..........
I mean, I was chuckling during the entire thing, of course; but then I got to the last one and the moment I'd read the first half of the first sentence I got this mental image of an army of like 300 identical blonde teenage Archenlanders blinking innocently at King Lune as he's waving his arms around, demanding to know which ones are the real ones, he can't even tell which ones are the clones of Cor and which are the clones of Corin, and isn't his life already hard enough with identical twins, etc. etc.
