Netflix Studios recently announced they have partnered with Lego and are nearing completion on a new series of Lego adventures to be set in the world of Narnia. These films will include Lego’s own brand of humor combined with the classic tales that have delighted generations of children. Watch as Lantern Waste and Cair Paravel are realized through Lego bricks. The first entry in the series will be The Lion, the Bricks and the Wardrobe, which will include scenes such as Lucy meeting Mr. Tumnus in a forest of falling snow-bricks that keep hitting them painfully on the head, and Edmund requesting a cheeseburger and fries from the White Witch rather than Turkish Delight, presumably in reference to an abandoned live-action script. The film is set to debut in December of this year.
