Last week’s Narnia Faire in Missouri was surprised by an unexpected–but very genre-appropriate–guest as a white stag was spotted by several visitors on the grounds.
Albino deer are not common in Missouri, occurring only once in every 30,000 births, leaving guests to wonder if what they were seeing was something that truly came from another world.

He certainly didn’t behave like your typical woodland animal.
Honestly, he seemed to enjoy photobombing every picture he could.

So there’s good news and bad news
The bad news? It’s April Fool’s Day and we didn’t really see a white stag in the woods of Missouri last weekend.
The good news? This year’s Narnia Faire hasn’t happened yet! You haven’t missed it. Check it out April 17-18 in Fordland Missouri, or in Arkansas in September. TheNarniaFaire.com

Nice photos and story. Wish I could have seen it in person.
Definitely saddling my fastest courser to catch that pasty knave this year!
